What is Nature As Art?

Nature as Art is something that is felt deep within one’s spirit. Hard to express in words, it is the connection felt when observing and being part of nature that brings unity and a sense of inner peace. With a soft eye, an open heart and a quieted spirit these moments of solitude in nature are captured.

There is a gentle spirit in the natural world which I endeavor to portray through my digital imagery. Whether it be a tender floral blossom, the elegant grace in a wild creature or the strength in an old tree there is energy that comes through in their essence.

Throughout my travels over the years, I’ve seen the pressure man had made on the earth and changes on the landscapes due to climate change. Witnessing this I strive to capture the importance of conserving and preserving natural habitats for wildlife to thrive and for future generations to also become stewards of our natural world.

Through my work Nature as Art, I bring a creative interpretation of the natural world and my images express a sense of serenity with profound stillness and ethereal attributes. As a prolific photographer, I enjoy a wide variety of subject matter and hope you enjoy your journey while viewing my imagery.
