What You'll Experience:
Up-close bird photography at the world-renowned St. Augustine Alligator Farm rookery, home to nesting spoonbills, herons, egrets, and more.
Golden hour beach shoots capturing sunrises over the Atlantic and dynamic coastal landscapes.
Historic street photography in the oldest city in the U.S., with its cobblestone streets, Spanish colonial architecture, and centuries-old charm.
Expect early mornings, beautiful light, and expert guidance throughout. You’ll leave with not only stronger photography skills, but a stunning portfolio of images that capture the unique spirit of St. Augustine.
The workshop includes expert coaching across various photography subjects:
Bird photography in diverse habitats, including the St. Augustine Alligator Farm and Gainesville wetlands
Beach scenes with a focus on light and long exposures
Historic landmarks like Castillo de San Marcos and Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings' home
Night street photography along the cobblestone streets of St. Augustine.
A private nature cruise with St. Augustine Eco-Tours
